    TIP: In order to prevent surface discoloration and the cleanup that it requires, it is best to treat your unglazed porcelain tiles BEFORE grouting with a good quality tile sealant if you will be using a grout that is dyed or darker than the tile itself.

    INSTALLATION: Porcelain tiles require the use of a latex-modified thin set mortar with an ANSI rating of 118.4 or better.
