Return Policy

MosaicSupply.com Return Policy

Returns must be received at the shipping warehouse within 30 days of the date of order in ORIGINAL, reselllable condition. This will require careful re-packing with the original materials.

We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you are unable to log in to your account you must call or email us with your order # and the reason for the return. We will then issue an RMA number. Returns which are not acccompanied by a valid RMA are not eligible for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Special Order and Custom Order products (items not carried in regular stock) are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please be certain of your choice when placing a special order.

No exceptions will be made to the above policies.

Inspection & Acceptance

We insist on quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (936) 653-8099 or email service@mosaicsupply.com so that we can file an insurance claim and have the order returned to our office OR picked up by UPS at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Color variation is inherent in the manufacture of glass tiles. Please inspect the entire contents of your order when it arrives to confirm color/shade consistency. If you have any concerns about the product you have received, please contact us.

It is important to order sufficient quantities to complete your installation in order to avoid dye lot differences. The industry standard suggests that you order 5% - 10% more than your square footage to cover drop-off when cutting around plumbing fixtures, etc. and to keep some amount in reserve from the same dye lot.

Installation constitutes acceptance.
