Shipping and Return Policies
Warehouse Locations
We have warehouse locations in Michigan and Texas. Each item description states the location from which that item ships. If your order contains items from more than one warehouse location, an additional shipping charge may apply. We will contact you by phone or email if your shipping total needs to be adjusted. Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved any additional shipping charges.

Inspection & Acceptance

We insist on quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (936) 653-8099 or email service@mosaictilesupplies.com so that we can file an insurance claim and have the order returned to our office OR picked up by UPS at no cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Color variation is inherent in the manufacture of glass tiles. Please inspect the entire contents of your order when it arrives to confirm color/shade consistency. If you have any concerns about the product you have received, please contact us.

It is important to order sufficient quantities to complete your installation in order to avoid dye lot differences. The industry standard suggests that you order 5% - 10% more than your square footage to cover drop-off when cutting around plumbing fixtures, etc. and to keep some amount in reserve from the same dye lot.

Installation constitutes acceptance.

Our Return Policy
Return Policies

Returns must be received at the shipping warehouse within 30 days of the date of order in ORIGINAL, resalable condition. This will require careful re-packing with the original materials.

Before returning any product, you must call or email with your order ID and the reason for the return. We will then issue an RMA number. Returns which are not acccompanied by a valid RMA are not eligible for a refund.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Special Order and Custom Order products (items not carried in regular stock) are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please be certain of your choice when placing a special order.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment options:

(1)Use your Visa or Mastercard through our secure online shopping cart.
You can also choose "Credit Card payment by telephone" when you place your order online and call us with your Visa or MasterCard information.

(2)Registered Paypal users can send a paypal payment to the Paypal Seller's email provided on your Order Receipt:

Instructions for sending payment along with a copy of your Order Receipt and our mailing address will be provided at checkout.

NOTE: Orders will not ship until payment has cleared. Clearance for personal checks can take up to 14 days dependent on the issuing bank.


Available Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping by UPS and the U.S. postal service, with options for expedited shipping as well as standard delivery. When you place your order, available shipping options will be listed, along with the price and average transit time for each method, based on your package weight and delivery location.

Handling Fees: A $4 handling fee is added to all postal (U.S.P.S.) shipping options. There are no handling fees charged for UPS Shipping methods.
